Everything was perfect, and being next to Bari centrale was a huge plus; the supermarket is also nearby! The hotel sits next to a city park that opened 3 years ago, and in the evenings it can get rowdy and loud, but that didn’t bother us.

The hotel is close to the train station. Before checking in, we paid for the room, but the company booked refunded us the next day and we had to pay the host in cash; can the company explain why this happened and whether the refund was processed correctly? The bathroom space is really small, so when one person showers the other’s hand always hits the wall, and the sound insulation is poor—noise from the neighboring room’s conversation and shower is crystal clear. Our room is in the middle with a door that connects to the adjacent room, but it’s locked, so the sound insulation is still inadequate.
