The room was clean. The towel smelled bad, and there were loud noises from the door of the neighboring room UB or from the windows when closed, plus a huge vibration that kept happening at night, making it impossible to sleep.

The air conditioner was unusable, so it was just hot.

The TV signal was poor and I had to straighten the line several times; even after the front desk fixed it once, the same issue returned, so I called the front again. The problem was fixed automatically then, but the staff never apologized, and at checkout they said nothing, no “how was your stay?” or anything, just a very bureaucratic departure. I don’t want to stay here again.

The place is close to the main stations and about 1 km from the plaza. The mattress felt a bit firmer than I’d prefer, but that was the only downside.

スタッフの対応が気持ちいい。部屋も綺麗で、アメニティが充実している。. 概ね満足しているが、強いて言うならドライヤーの風量が弱いところ。
