Everything was perfect—cleanliness was excellent, the owners were very kind, breakfast and dinner featured genuine local products, so it was flawless. It’s an oasis of peace in the untouched nature of Umbria. The GPS suggested a shorter route that wasn’t correct, but follow the owners’ directions for the right path.

The place is surrounded by greenery in a somewhat isolated but absolutely tranquil spot. The building was perfectly restored, the managers were very welcoming and friendly. Dinner options are limited but the food is excellent, genuine, and well prepared. Breakfast is simple but good and plentiful. Parking is easy at the foot of the property. The bathroom is on the upper floor, accessed by about a dozen steps (still within the room). This may not be convenient for elderly people or those with mobility issues, but the bathroom is large and very comfortable.

The staff were courteous, the place spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, the terrace view lovely, and the food superb.

Everything was great: the location is fabulous, the panoramic view spectacular, Augusto and Mayumi were sweet, and the food was delicious. Nothing to complain about.
