The shower head was low, and the shower flooded the floor. We had shampoo but no conditioner, and the body wash container was empty. The beds felt uncomfortable, and we couldn't use the pool. Breakfast should have started later on weekends.

I had a bed, but the pool, whirlpool, vending machine, soda machine, and ATM were all non‑functional. The linens were dirty or stained, the fridge door handle was broken, and the freezer was packed with ice, leaving no space for anything. A dead bug was on the floor, and the washcloths were tan and looked like rags. The TV channels didn’t match the guide. The worst part was that they double‑charged me and overdrew my checking account. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction, they offered me a seminar for a vacation in Wisconsin Dells and a 7‑night, 8‑day stay for $100. I was told I would get a discount, but they just charged my debit card twice. I am extremely upset.
