The room smelled old and the lights were dim, which made the stay unpleasant.
The location was lovely.
The location was fine, but the room was shabby, the lights didn't work, and other issues were present.

The room was spotless and the staff were friendly, but the noise from the neighboring room was unbearable with kids running and screaming, and the kids in the gym added to the chaos; I even had to haul my luggage up to the third floor by hand because all the buggies were occupied for a long time.
