I arrived a bit nervous after reading some harsh reviews, but when my wife and I got to the hotel in the afternoon we were greeted by calm, cheerful, and friendly staff. The atmosphere felt like a bright, sunny day and the staff were proud of their work. I had been skeptical of the three‑star rating, yet the hotel offered free on‑site parking, a tidy lobby, nice breakfast rooms, and a clean restaurant. The rooms were spotless, though the fridge was missing; there was a nice bar corner instead. I applaud the managers and staff; if they had listened to me, they might have lost another guest. Also, the rate chart made me jump for joy. When you build the fences, keep conscience in mind so the staff can maintain the place day and night, even on holidays. Farewell.

The bed and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the room was a generous size. Luca was very helpful, even though he spoke little English, and he made a genuine effort. I’m very grateful.
