The hotel is extremely pleasant. The people who work there are a family, and that shows because they treat guests like family (in a good way). They always greet with a smile, ask if everything is fine, and make extra gestures just to make guests feel comfortable. There was nothing negative; everything pleased us.

I stumbled upon this place while in Plovdiv for a three‑day festival, where prices were sky‑high, so we were relieved to find this gem by accident. The housekeepers were very courteous and welcoming, and every detail—from the clean, cozy room to the lovely courtyard and tasty food—reflected their hospitality. Getting to Plovdiv was a breeze thanks to the transfer option we booked, making the whole trip convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The room was large, spotless, and very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the garden was beautiful. The price was excellent, especially considering we were there for a festival with inflated rates. The only downside is that the hotel is in a small town outside Plovdiv, so you need a car. The road to the hotel is a bit rough, which worried us at first, but otherwise everything was basic.
