The location was fine, but the first room had a bathroom leak and we were moved to a tiny room that smelled of cigarettes. We were told we could move again, but it was already 10 pm. The hallway noise at 2 am was ridiculous, and I had to scrub the second room because the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all.

The place was decent and the staff helped when problems popped up. Our first room had a broken AC, and the second room we were moved to also had a broken AC.

The bed was comfy and Shannon, who handled our check‑in, was outstanding—she went above and beyond to locate a clean, working fridge, all on her own. The downside was a Coors beer that exploded and some unknown food in the freezer, plus ants in the bathroom and around the fridge.

The hotel was clean, the room and facilities were tidy, the AC worked perfectly, hot water was plentiful and the pressure was good. The staff were helpful and eager to assist. Breakfast was solid, with every cup of coffee freshly ground. The overall experience was great, and I’d stay again. The quiet setting was nice and the beds were comfortable. The only negatives were that there was no coffee in the room, and the dining‑room chairs needed soft‑slide legs to stop the loud grinding and squealing when moving or sliding them under the table.
