“El dueño una persona de poca confianza”

The room and breakfast service were very good. I booked and cancelled for two days, but when I arrived they told me I could only stay one day. I struggled to find another place, and the way they handled the refund was very uncomfortable. They said the money would be transferred in 2 hours, but after 4 hours nothing happened, I had to push and they kept lying about the refund. Only after police pressure did they return the money at 10:30 pm, after I had left at 8 am.

“Evitar”

The views were nice, but due to the hotel’s terrible conditions I couldn’t enjoy them. All other users’ comments were accurate. There was no water, no pressure, the bathtub was dirty, and there were cockroaches in the room. Specifically, after arriving exhausted at 6 p.m. there was no water; it was fixed after 2 hours but still didn’t heat up, and it wasn’t repaired until the next day; once fixed, no one informed us. Still, they tried to charge the full room rate. Additionally, the access difficulty was confirmed. It’s absurd to book a spa room if they don’t even have water.

“Great place with great views!”

The views were great! The staff was very helpful. The food was delicious. We couldn’t use the hot tub because of low water pressure, which would take too long to fill.

The view from the jacuzzi was insane, even though it took a very long time to fill. Still, the view from the jacuzzi itself was excellent.
