Acceptably clean. Very good location. The facilities are poorly maintained; daily cleaning is lacking, only the bed is made and not much else… there’s no towel change. There are leaks in the hallways, and the price is very high for all this.

Value for money is good and the location is great. I didn’t get new towels for the five days I stayed, only the hair towels once, and the bathroom was cleaned only once.

The lift, comfortable beds, kettle and tea/coffee, towels, near Termini station in Rome, cosmetics. There could be at least one shelf for cosmetics in the bathroom to keep them there.

The second stay improved a lot. I should add a ceiling fan to better feel the air conditioning. A ceiling fan to better feel the air conditioner.
