“No es un sitio cómodo para descansar”

The house sits in a well‑located subdivision, but it’s set up like a “young student room” place, so the common areas feel owned and people chat until after 3 am, which made it hard to rest and was quite unpleasant. If no one keeps that in check it’s not comfortable to stay there, a shame. Room 5 is on the ground floor next to the living room, spacious and with a great bathroom. The towels are dark, I guess they’re clean… but I don’t think that’s the best choice for a paid accommodation.

“De diez”

Everything was clean, organized, and in perfect condition. The only downside was that people could smoke on the terrace, leaving the glass open and letting the smell drift inside.

Very nice house, easy check‑in, good instructions, pretty done! Even could have coffee in the morning.

“De uma forma geral agradável.”

The cleaning is a plus and the check‑in was smooth. Some noise from other guests at late hours, especially the washing machine.

Tirando o barulho, gostei de tudo. O quarto fica perto da cozinha e ouve-se muito barulho. Infelizmente os outros hóspedes não respeitam os horários de silêncio e fazem demasiado barulho a horas impróprias (ex: arrumar louça da máquina às 02h da manhã). O isolamento acústico poderia ser melhor
