The location was good for our needs, but the hotel was under renovation with construction supplies and trash everywhere and limited parking. Our first‑floor room was right at the top of the stairs from the underground parking, and the gate to those stairs slammed shut loudly, even in the middle of the night, often waking us up.

The front desk staff were nice, but this stay felt like a Motel 6: the room was not very clean, the pillows were uncomfortable, and there was only one thin blanket, so I stayed cold all night. The bathtub drain was broken, the tub floor was filthy, the refrigerator was off, and there were no coffee supplies or cups. There were no opaque curtains for privacy and the door was broken. The grounds were run‑down and I didn’t feel safe. Overall, it was a horrible stay that fell far below my expectations.

Chris, who works there, is a nice guy, and the rooms have been freshly renovated at a great price.

The beds were very clean and nice, but the staff was terrible; they won't let patrons use the lobby restroom, the swimming pool has been filled in, the restaurant is non‑functional, and breakfast isn’t served as advertised. The staff, no matter what, charges a $100 security fee every time, claims it’s fully refundable, yet after 5 weeks they’ve still not refunded anything. They’re rude, the parking lot is cut off so vehicles can barely get in or out, and they keep adding $100 to the booking rate under the guise of security. After my booking expired, I extended for a week and the credit card statement showed a charge over $800. This hotel is very crooked, conniving, and will gouge you whenever they can. I’m thinking of hiring an attorney and putting them on the news.

Beautiful location, clean, comfortable affordable rooms. Bed was huge, and genuinely the most comfortable of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I will definitely be back!
