The staff were very welcoming. The room was clean and well presented. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, though the duvet was very lightweight, there was no toilet‑cleaning brush in the bathroom, and some cooked items were only lukewarm.

Beberapa staff cukup membanty. Saya sdh berulangkali bertanya,melalui email tdk dijawab (email 1 minggu setelah cek out ),datang sendiri ke reseption ( sekitar 1 minggu yang lalu) tapi sampai saat ini tidak ada jawaban Saya merasa ada barang2 yang tertinggal, seingat saya sepatu olahraga, dan 1 map isi dokumen, staff meminta nomor tlp anak saya,sampai detik ini tidak ada jawaban.saya kecewa
