The hotel sits just a stone's throw from USJR – Basak Campus, making it ideal for those studying for the Bar Exam.

The AC was cool enough. However, the room had broken windows that let you see an empty, dark room beyond, only hidden by curtains. The lobby was sweltering, and the main door remained shut.
