The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and the location was good. There were no amenities, only towels and toilet paper.

Very central, close to markets, the train station, bars, and restaurants. The stay was excellent halfway between Bangkok and Chiang Mai. It might be a bit bland, but it was clean, the staff were friendly, the air‑conditioning worked, the bed was very good, the shower was warm, and the TV was fine. The traditional Thai breakfast included was a good choice. People taller than 1m75 should be careful of the low doors 😀

The location was very central, the room was large and had an en‑suite. Free parking was available and it wasn’t far from the station.

The guesthouse was basic but the rooms were clean. It’s 5 minutes on foot from the train station, making it good for a short stay if you’re arriving late or leaving early from Phitsanoluk train station. We messaged the guesthouse to say we’d be arriving a little after midnight. They replied that the front desk was open 24 hours. When we arrived just after midnight the front door was locked and we had to call to get someone to open the door for check‑in. As planned, we left early before breakfast started the next morning and so cannot comment on the breakfast (included in the room rate) and weren’t offered breakfast to go.
