The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of, which was a real plus; the only thing that felt a bit off was that everything seemed almost too perfect, leaving little room for any genuine charm.

The room itself was nice and cozy, but the showers were dirty and the sink drains were clogged, so the bathroom definitely needed some maintenance.

The resort’s location is spot‑on and the food is great, with a sophisticated yet cozy vibe and plenty of daytime and nighttime activities, including kids’ programs that let parents unwind while the little ones are entertained. Parking options were flexible and the front desk made check‑in and check‑out a breeze. The only real downside was constantly running into pushy real‑estate agents on the grounds, who kept interrupting our holiday to pitch timeshares, which was pretty irritating.
