“第一次入住經驗很好，但這次是我第二次入住，遇到222房什麼東西都壞，真是觀感不佳，服務人員也沒笑臉迎人，感覺臉很臭”

The space is large, and the water dispenser provides cold water. However, room 222 had a lot of broken equipment: the bathtub had no cold water, the TV was unusable, and one bedside lamp was broken.
