I had an incredible 3-night stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone. The rooms were immaculately cleaned and maintained, which was impressive compared to other hotels I visited in Indonesia. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Regina, who was an absolute pleasure to interact with.

The hotel's stunning view and infinity pool were absolute highlights of my stay. Watching the sunset was truly breathtaking. The people were very friendly, and the room was comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices, which was especially impressive for an Asian hotel. However, I did miss having cheese at breakfast, and there was a minor issue with the key not working for the top floor, as well as a missing seat on the balcony.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by excessive noise. Despite the rooms on the third floor being relatively new, I could hear my neighbors talking through the closed door, and other sounds were also audible. To make matters worse, a DJ on the ninth floor was blasting music from 10 PM to 3 AM on Saturday night, which was clearly audible in my room.

While the service at this hotel was excellent, I was disappointed to find that many of the facilities in my room were not functional. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for its friendly staff and good service.
