I really appreciated staying here; the owner was very considerate, offering support via WhatsApp before my arrival and throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location is very close to the beach, where umbrellas and sunbeds are available, and there’s a great bar/restaurant (Waves Sea Food). The property also provides beach towels and organizes excursions; I went to Pigeon Island at a good price.

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Heaven Villa. The room was simple, cozy, and had everything we needed, so it matched our expectations perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we were allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to the owner, Thilee, who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and arranged an affordable transfer to Colombo for us. The beach is just nearby, and the villa has its own dedicated sun loungers there, which is a huge plus. There is also a good supermarket and several restaurants within about a five‑minute walk. Overall, everything was comfortable, convenient, and exactly as we had expected. It is a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

Close to the beach and a convenient location. The staff are great and welcoming, and the AC is functional and basically new. We expected cleaner and more comfortable facilities for that price; the floor and the bathroom were worn out.
