The staff were polite and attentive, and there were no issues at all.

The upgrade I never asked for was applied to my room, and the walls were so thin that I could hear the baby crying next door loud and clear from 21:50 to 22:10, which made falling asleep miserable.

The location was great, but the air purifier was never kept in the smoking room or the corridor, and the breakfast was mediocre.
