The beds are good, but the shower is sensational! It’s great to take a shower after a hot day in Manaus, with a shower that practically massages you. However, water was leaking from the side of the box, and there should have been a mat outside the box for stepping out of the shower.

Great location, clean rooms, and the staff are very attentive. On the downside, the hotel urgently needs maintenance, especially in the rooms, replacement parts in the bathrooms, and the air conditioning.

The reception team offers excellent service, the breakfast crew is also excellent, and the restaurant staff are great. A few installations could be improved; I hope they will, and there’s only one working elevator.

Breakfast is good and varied. The hotel has only one functioning elevator, which makes guest movement excessively slow. There’s also a recurring issue with missing towels and floor cloths, which bothers the stay. I noticed some disorganization with the dates I booked; at one point my room access card became inactive and the receptionist couldn’t explain why. The bathroom, especially the shower box, needs a review.

The location and the friendliness of the staff are positives. The elevator is very slow, only one works, and the bed could be more comfortable.
