The comfort was great, but it was just okay.

The owner’s attitude was fine, but the water supply was too small and the water wasn’t hot enough for a hot spring, so the hot spring resort actually used gas to heat. The room had no place to hang clothes, exposed wires were a bit dangerous, and the bathroom shower would expose you.
