The breakfast was excellent—small buffet with a little of everything, all good quality. Fresh bread, tasty pastries, and salads were all enjoyed. The location was close and central, service was good, and the blackout curtains worked well. The lighting was weak, especially in the bathroom. Noise from the street was loud. During cleaning, old, unrefreshed water was used, which smelled bad. The cleaning schedule was poorly timed: we hung a sign requesting cleaning around 9 am, but at 13:30 the cleaner asked if it was okay to clean now. Because we were preparing for a wedding reception, we were busy and asked her to come half an hour later, but she couldn’t because she was about to finish for the day and had to clean quickly.
The location is perfect, right in the old town. The hotel has been renovated and feels very cozy.
