I was told nothing about the cancellation fee when I tried to cancel my booking.

The breakfast was great, and everything else was fine.

The location was good, but the bathroom was dirty.

I was initially disappointed with the hotel's location, which seemed inaccurate on my mapping app. Unfortunately, I also encountered difficulties when trying to contact the hotel directly. Despite these issues, I still managed to have a decent stay. However, the problems with the location and communication did affect my overall experience.
