The design of the hotel is great and everything is clean. The housekeeping is superb every day. Breakfast is a decent buffet for a small hotel, and some of the staff work with heart, which is very pleasant. The stairwell issue was fixed – they help with luggage. It’s in the city center and an Indian restaurant is nearby. The reception is in the centre of all rooms, which is a terrible idea, and at the reception they were always doing something, like watching videos. From the room you can hear the corridor 100 %. In the shower cabin the water is either hot or ice‑cold, a forced contrast shower, which is the worst. Overall there are flaws, but the design, novelty, superb housekeeping and good breakfast somewhat cover the shortcomings.

The hotel is very clean, beautiful and cozy. The breakfast was tasty, especially the girl who served during breakfast was charming and always smiling. Overall all the staff were very good, warm welcome. Even though I stayed only one night, I left with a good impression. Thank you!
