Friendly staff and the location was perfect for us.

The house is in an amazingly quiet residential area and affordable. A parking spot was nearby, so the longer drive into the city is absolutely no issue. I don’t particularly like the anonymity of the key box, but it’s simply convenient for everyone involved.

I liked the clean room with a good bed, but I probably should have noticed that it was on the 1st floor and my husband has a walking disability, which made things difficult.
