It was a quiet place, no noise at all. The rooms that were given were very dark, with no windows. The cleanliness was lacking; the first two days they did a half‑cleaning—just took out the toilet paper, but didn’t change sheets or towels, and for the next three days they didn’t even replace the toilet paper. We couldn’t use the pool because it was very dirty. For breakfast, I’d suggest if they want to serve juice, use fruit juice instead of bottled drinks because the taste is different. Also keep an eye on restocking items that run out, because we were several people who had to point out shortages and they took a long time, so many decided to leave.
