The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were super friendly.
The location is insane, with the Japanese Alps and Mt. Fuji right on my doorstep.
The breakfast was amazing, lots of people but it wasn't too distracting, and the food was delicious.

“良かった”
Everything was easy to understand, and the phone service was great. The large public bath was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of plugs so we could charge devices anywhere. However, when I entered the room there was a damp, odd smell; the deodorizer on the floor disappeared after I rolled it up. The pillow was a bit too soft, so having an extra or a firmer one would have been better.

The hotel delivered its usual reliable quality and fulfilled the promise of a good night’s sleep and a decent meal, and because the large bath was empty I got it all to myself, which felt lucky.
I had a great breakfast here, which was definitely a highlight of my stay. That's about all I can say, to be honest - the rest was pretty meh.
