The location right in the town centre was great, and the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and finished beautifully, and the kettle for tea was always handy. The only downside was the breakfast at the central bar: the croissants were questionable.

The venue was stunning, refined, exceptionally clean, and very tranquil. The welcome was warm, and you could follow the recommendations for drinks and restaurants. Breakfast at the bar on the magnificent square was a lively, ongoing show. San Severino Marche is a charming, serene, and lively town, perfectly positioned for visiting.

The owners were welcoming and kind, the rooms were beautiful—elegant and clean—and there was a safe spot for bikes, plus the central location.

The spot was ultra‑central in San Severino, just a minute from the main square. The host was friendly and let us park our bikes under cover in the courtyard. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the value for money was excellent. Highly recommended.
