The room was fairly clean and close to Villa Crespi. However, the deluxe room had a green emergency light always on at night, which made it hard to sleep, and there was a constant noise from some device—maybe outside—every 2–3 minutes. There was no mirror in the room, no towel racks in the bathroom, and the frosted glass bathroom door didn’t close well; the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work.
A very good hotel with parking and a very good breakfast. It’s a bit far from the city center, but the Ortas area is built on a hill and car access to the center is very limited; however, there is paid parking at the city entrance.
The location near the FS station and the quietness were positives. The bathroom was a drawback.
The location was great, the staff were kind, and the buffet breakfast was good. Some small details could be improved to increase comfort in the room.

There is a covered parking spot available for an extra 10 €. The smell of dog urine from the garage all the way to the rooms, especially near the breakfast lounge, made staying there very difficult. The room was a bit dark and the details were poorly maintained.
