Met by Laurence at check‑in, who explained every detail about the room and the property, which I really appreciated. The spot is unbeatable—just a few short blocks from the Grote Markt, so I could easily drop back into the room during the day whenever I wanted. The room itself was fully equipped, thoughtfully arranged, and super comfortable. It’s truly a hidden gem in Bruges. Nothing fell short; everything was perfect.

The spot is a great few hundred yards from Markt Square, and the décor is nice and modern. However, the stairs to the upper floors are extremely steep, a fact that wasn’t mentioned in the listing. This makes it tough for anyone with mobility issues; the photos and description could have highlighted this better.

The location is solid and the space is just right for city exploration. On arrival, the host was rude about moving our bags earlier than agreed and insisted the city tax be paid in cash, claiming no electronic payment options. Their attitude was unhelpful and they didn’t follow up after I gave my contact details, so I won’t stay here again.

Laurence and Daniel welcomed us warmly, opened their kitchen for us, and ensured all our needs were met. The location was excellent—close to the Markt yet on a quiet street at night. We were completely satisfied and would return without hesitation.
