Great location, friendly and very helpful staff, and a beautiful building, but the AC couldn’t be controlled via our thermostat.

The place was beautifully done, a bit of an oasis in Palamós, with great customer service from David (thanks again), a lovely breakfast, impressive architectural details and awesome bathrooms.

The Casa Hotel is a pity not being better cared for as it deserved. I absolutely did not like that this hotel had no on‑site reception from 15:00 until 07:00 the next day; hotels normally operate with permanent reception. Also I must say that at no point is this fact mentioned in their Booking advertisement or on the hotel’s own website. They are only in Casa Hotel the rest of the day with just a phone number we have to call in case of an emergency. I also did not like that the huge glass windows of the Gastronomic Restaurant were less than 4 m from the hammocks and the pool, making you feel watched and coerced.
