Toyoko INN Marseille Saint Charles

The staff were very friendly and there to help us, thank you. The breakfast was great, with a wide selection, very clean, and there was plenty of space in the room.

“Séjour pratique dans un hotel propre”

The room was very clean, the establishment overall well maintained and well equipped. The bedding was comfortable and some staff members were particularly friendly and helpful. The breakfast, while not exceptional, was good and offered a varied choice with everything needed. I also appreciated the catering dish dispenser, a very practical solution with tasty and easy-to‑take dishes. However, despite a request for a baby cot made during the reservation and reconfirmed by phone, no cot was installed upon arrival. I had to go down to reception with my baby, return a first broken cot and ask for another. The staff ultimately had to try three before finding a functional one, resulting in about 1 h 30 of lost time. Some staff members were also particularly unpleasant. Finally, although the train station was conveniently close, the nearby park seemed unsafe, with a significant presence of people appearing to be in a state of drug addiction, raising questions about security in the hotel’s surroundings.

“génial”

The bedding, cleanliness, proximity to the train station and the very good breakfast were all excellent; nothing special to add.
