We really appreciated the calm of the spot and the staff’s attentiveness. The facilities and all the furniture, the décor of the spaces are very pretty. We reported to your teams the very unpleasant odor in the bathroom that seemed to come from the water, as if the water smelled like sulfur or something less pleasant, the water was funky… We also found the price of meals, especially the BBQ, to be very excessive. The bed was a bit hard for me, but my husband liked the mattress. Be careful to maintain the bikes, as the spokes were rusty.

The location was incredibly peaceful in the mountains and the kids loved staying in the caravan. All the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and they were also super friendly with the kids. I thought the food selection could be stronger, so we went into town for dinner to get more variety. The food prices were a bit high.

The cabin is comfortable and has everything we needed. We stayed at Nomad for a few nights to escape the initial terror of the strikes in Dubai and were met with only kindness and superb hospitality at a very peaceful spot amid the mountains. Not a negative point, but it would be nice to have a bit more variety of dishes on the food truck menu. The food they serve was all very good.

The spot was great for cycling and hiking, but the price tag was a real downer—every little thing had an extra fee, even lighting a fire cost money. The food options were awful: the tiny food truck served odd dishes that didn’t fit the vibe, and you couldn’t bring in your own food or grill without paying a fortune. The menu was pricey and there was no social programming like movie nights; the resort really focused only on the location and nature, with no effort from the hotel itself.
