We got to the property with my wife and daughter, but the host suddenly said he couldn’t take us in even though we’d confirmed everything over the phone. It felt pretty humiliating, and my call to the reservation service left me on hold for twelve minutes with no help. We ended up having to scramble for another place through a different app.

The kids had a blast in the playground, the pools were clean and fun, and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices. The whole property is in great shape, making it a solid pick for families.
