The design, cleanliness, natural surroundings, menu, and restaurant staff were all good, yet we booked the room in advance, the heating, air‑conditioning, and towel dryer didn’t work, we weren’t warned, and the administrator lied outright and took payment upfront.

They wouldn’t let us check in even half an hour early, the staff were unprofessional, and after a phone call with a client they discussed how to file a police report against him, interrupted each other, and spoke rudely to the client; all of this happened while other guests waited in the lobby for the 14.00 check‑in. Extra services were all paid, the bed creaked, and the breakfasts were mediocre.

The rooms were nice and clean, but it would be nice to have a kettle and basic tea & coffee in the room.

The room was beautiful and cozy, but there were no disposable brushes or toothpaste; that’s the basic kit for hotels, and we expected at least that in a luxury room.

I liked the spacious room, it was clean and everything was in great condition. The courtyard was nice, with a playground for kids. The staff were friendly, and housekeeping came every day even though we often asked for a later clean – they were accommodating. On the downside, the pool felt subjectively small and the hotel is right next to a road. I would have preferred a more varied breakfast, but overall it was fine 🙌
