The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location was close to main attractions and transport. The room was clean and comfortable. However, traffic noise was an issue; we stayed on a Saturday night on the 4th floor overlooking a busy street, and the honking and voices kept us awake until about 2‑3 am.

The room was stylish, with a good bed and shower. Breakfast was à la carte, and you only paid for what you ate and drank via a small shop.

Spacious room, central location, but the view of the hotel (in the multi-storey parking) is poor, the room feels a bit cold and could use more decoration.

Room was very large, well arranged, clean. In proximity to shopping and eating areas. The noise from car horns in the middle of the night was constant. We were told this was common in rotterdam on weekends. The mattress was uncomfortable, with one side leaning significantly
