Service was a mess, exchanges were very complicated. There were mold spots (otherwise everything was fine!), windows that wouldn’t close, noise, and the price was too high for what it was.

The staff were very helpful, the rooms were cozy and the kitchen had everything you need. Air conditioning was only in the kitchen, but every room still had fans.

The staff were very friendly, and the apartment had plenty of bottled water ready for us. The location was perfect for us because we were close to a concert we attended. Right outside the building there is a bus stop that takes you directly to the main train station without transfers. The place has air conditioning. The hotel sits on a main road, so it gets pretty noisy. The windows don’t block the sound well. Because the air conditioning is in the hallway, it doesn’t cool the three rooms efficiently.

The location was good.

There was little or nothing to enjoy; the rooms were furnished with old furniture, on a street, so there was noise. The main issue was the water—always cold, and no one was available to tell us. No one could wash. It cost 270 euros for four people for one night, which was the worst I’ve ever experienced. – Ennio Del Corso
