The property is quiet, surrounded by nature, close to the Mulino waterfalls, already a fantastic place on its own, but the difference comes from Mr. Massimo and Mrs. Laura. They’re friendly, warm, and make you feel at home as soon as you step into their garden (even before). Their attention to guests is unique, as is Mrs. Laura’s kitchen and Massimo’s 36‑hour risen croissants. We’ll definitely return!

Massimo and Mrs. Laura are exceptionally kind, the breakfast is abundant and strictly homemade, sweet and savory, the location is great, absolute tranquility, privacy, very close to Saturnia thermal baths, and Massimo gives excellent tips for visiting the most beautiful villages.

The hosts were friendly, and Mr. Massimo was always ready to help and explain what was needed. The breakfast was excellent. Everything was clean and tidy. The location suited us perfectly for all the nearby sights we wanted to see. The view from the courtyard was stunning and unforgettable.
