“Un soggiorno da 30 e lode!”

The place is truly everything you need for a 10+++++ stay! The location is super convenient: from Tiburtina you can get there in just 10‑15 minutes, and there are several bus stops nearby to reach the city centre. Taking the Express #60 drops you straight into the centre, no transfers, no hassle—really convenient! A point that deserves emphasis is the immaculate cleanliness of the house: everything is extremely clean, tidy, and cared for down to the smallest detail. It’s also set in a quiet, safe residential area. Just a 5‑10 minute walk is a great Roman osteria, Hostaria di Menenio Agrippa, where the food is excellent. Special thanks to the hosts for their availability and warm welcome! Last but not least, the house is very modern, the bed is super comfortable, and the real gem is the garden, which gives a wonderful sense of peace and harmony. I’ll definitely come back here for all my future stays in Rome!

I stayed for one night for a licensing exam. The room was small but very comfortable, the bed was cozy, the place was very clean and equipped with a coffee machine and kettle—top! The shared kitchen was fine, the microwave was handy, and the little outdoor space with tables and chairs was nice, even though it was in the middle of the city with no view; it was still open and it was pleasant to sit and study a bit more before the exam! Thanks!
