None of the staff spoke a single word of English. Credit cards were not accepted. We arrived at 18:00 and had to wait thirty minutes to get the room. The front‑desk girls snickered and seemed clueless about the local currency. We stayed only one night, but the check‑in was the worst I've experienced.

“Horrendous experience”

The three employees were unprofessional and aggressively pushy; the check‑in dragged on for hours. They tried to overcharge me and insisted on a higher rate than the one listed. I had to get the manager to write down that I would be charged the amount shown on bookings.com. They refused card payment, accepted only USD cash, and wouldn’t give me my change, claiming it was a deposit. My passport and ID were never verified. I was assigned a room, then a few hours later was escorted out and moved to another room, treated like a petty criminal, and they blamed me for everything. The room smelled of mould and cigarette smoke. I would not recommend this hotel or location to anyone.
