The front‑line staff were friendly, and the people handling the car park and arrivals were very helpful. The toilets were poorly maintained, lacked mats, and the dining staff seemed to talk to themselves instead of attending to customers. A particular lady at the front desk kindly explained the available orders. Dialing 5 from a room yielded no answer from the kitchen, and calling through reception only got a response from the kitchen. The front compound was uneven, making it hard for cars to enter and exit, which was very inconvenient.
