The staff were friendly and professional, the hotel is clean and in a strategic spot for northern Tornino, and the half‑board food quality is good; however, because I had to make a work call, I must say the Wi‑Fi could be better.

“Parfait pour une étape sur la route des vacances”

I stayed in a large, spotless room and the parking behind the hotel was convenient, but the breakfast was just okay. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed because of a holiday.

“Week-end a Torino”

The staff were kind, courteous, and helpful, even though the building felt a bit dated; the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were clean, and all the usual amenities were present.

The whole hotel had been completely renovated, and when we mentioned a small cleanliness issue we were moved to another room almost immediately. The walls were thin enough that we could hear the TV from the neighboring room, but we were lucky to get a new room right away.
