“Ottima struttura, servizi un po' carenti”

The camera was beautiful, with original touches like the center‑bedroom bed and the retro bathtub; the bathroom is nice and functional, and the artificial lighting creates an intimate atmosphere; the hotel is in the center, along the main street, a bit off from the livelier area, which reduces noise; the staff are very kind and attentive. However, there is no bar/restaurant service, so breakfast isn’t offered; the internet connection is rather poor, making the price a bit excessive.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel; the room was very clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, the staff were courteous, and the location was excellent, making our visit to Katya especially pleasant; the overall atmosphere was inviting and pleasant, and I would definitely recommend it. Yet the post‑departure service left me disappointed: after we left the room, our luggage stayed at the hotel until the evening; only after I returned to my country did I discover I’d forgotten a pair of pants in the room. Since the room attendant surely prepared the room in the morning for the next guests, I believe the pants were found while we were still there that day. I was surprised no one contacted us or tried to deliver them before we left. When I called the hotel afterward, I was told I had to arrange the return myself; the courier service was very expensive, whereas sending them by regular mail could have been a simple and cheaper solution. I felt the hotel could have shown more initiative and willingness to help in such a case, especially when the item was likely left there long before we completely checked out (the cost of sending the pants by regular mail was negligible compared to the price we paid for the night).

“להתרחק!!!!!!”

We arrived and there was no air conditioning in the rooms. The hotel staff said it was working. When we decided to move to another hotel (because it was 40 °C outside and there was no AC), they promised to refund us. Everything was a lie! The hotel staff are disappointing, and their handling of the whole saga is even more disheartening! Stay away!

I was blown away by the design and comfort of the hotel – every corner of the room and bathroom felt luxurious, with an oversized bed, soft mattress and pillows, and high‑quality linens. The location is unbeatable, right on Via Etnea and practically next to Villa Bellini.

“Wunderbares Zimmer in einem neuen modernen Stadthotel.”

The room itself was exceptional: modern, well equipped and spacious. However, the stairwell and room entrances were very dim, all in black.
