Sleep Inn Pelham Oak Mountain

“Check-in time said 3. We arrived 3:11 to check in and they gave us keys to a room that was not clean. Went back to desk”

Nice area and conveniently located. Check-in time said 3. We arrived 3:11 to check in and they gave us keys to a room that was not clean. Went back to desk and told them and we were told to give them 20 minutes. Waited 45 min to an hour in the lobby and no one came to update us or anything. We went back up to room and it had not even been touched. After going back down and my friend getting mad with the people at the desk they finally gave us keys to a different room. We will not be coming back

It was quiet but close to restaurants. The ac was not adjustable. The shower leaked all over the floor. The pool was covered so you couldn't use it even though it's 90 degrees outside

“You get what you pay for.”

Very old and dated. Musty smelling rooms. Stained carpets and smell
