The room was well‑equipped, housed in a lovely house with a garden, and the neighbourhood was quiet; a few minutes’ walk from the Vaporetto station. The space was clean and roomy, featuring a brand‑new bathroom with a large shower. If you’re arriving by taxi from the airport, the walk takes 7 minutes, so book a driver a day ahead.

The location is fantastic—easy walking distance to everything, a peaceful spot away from crowds, and a short stroll to dine at sunset on the Zattere.

The place was spotless and well kept. A coffee machine and a fridge on the side were handy since we brought lunch from a supermarket. The bathroom was also immaculate. The owner was friendly and even took the time to put together a booklet full of recommended coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and sights, complete with walking distances and vaporetto directions. Only downside: we wish we had stayed longer!
