Mare Blu

The self‑check‑in took a while and could be tricky for older guests; we asked to delay check‑out but were denied even though the hotel was empty. I’d suggest sprucing up the rooms, upgrading to Smart TVs, and better organizing breakfast—no half doughnuts or half croissants, just a croissant would have been nicer. Hope you understand this is just advice.

“Lovely small town, would return but stay somewhere else, never in Mare Blu”

Finding it was easy, parking was great, and the room was comfortable. However, the hotel felt impersonal; it wasn’t especially clean, the terrace had a broken glass plant container, there were no bottled water or plastic glasses in the room, Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and breakfast was disgusting. It didn’t match the standards we’re used to in Italy.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the location was very convenient just steps from the sea and the center, and about 20 m away is a bakery for bread, pasta, and sandwiches, plus a Sisa supermarket—practically nothing is missing. I’ll leave everything as I wrote.

The location was great and the mattresses were new and comfy. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired, with cobwebs in the chandeliers and dirty slippers… the staff tried to do what they could, despite language difficulties as foreigners. On the departure day, the owner was absent and we explained to the staff member how to use the POS for payments. Definitely needs improvement.

Great spot, staff always ready to help at any time. The room was always clean and breakfast was consistently good.
