The hotel feels modern with brand‑new furnishings, a sauna and a fitness room, and the room was clean with good equipment and comfortable beds, offering a solid price‑value ratio since parking and breakfast are included. However, parking is scarce because the property doesn’t have enough hotel‑owned spots, and despite the generally quiet setting, music from a nearby bistro played into the night. The internet didn’t work, and the breakfast left something to be desired.

The location is perfect, right next to the train and S‑bahn station, and the rooms are modern with a nice sun‑shading feature. The only thing that could be added is a minibar or a small fridge in the room.

The hotel sits outside Cologne, but the S‑bahn right at the door gets you into the city quickly, and the free parking is great. The hotels always talk about “climate”, but it’s just a centrally controlled ventilation system; I couldn’t adjust anything in the room.
