“I like this Hotel. But staff are not friendly and it's Ok”

I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. The staff's demeanor was quite off-putting, to say the least - their unfriendly attitude made it difficult for me to feel welcome. However, I did appreciate certain aspects of my stay, which made my overall experience somewhat redeeming. Despite the staff's behavior, I found some positives that balanced out the negatives.
