The mall is only 1.5 kilometres away, which is handy. However, the mattress is a spring type and I woke up every morning with back pain. The AC was half broken, with circuit boards exposed outside the unit. There’s a strange odor that I couldn’t locate, and the room itself is very small.

The location is ideal if you have a motorbike, and the staff are eager to help you get around. It sits in the heart of Panglao, keeping you away from the busy Alona Beach while giving you free access to Napaling Beach for free diving to the north, white‑sand beaches for swimming to the south, or Tagbiliran for a taste of city life to the east.

We returned for a second stay because the rates fit our budget. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to visit, and we loved how spacious the rooms were. The top floor hosts a billiard bar.

The apartment was new and well‑furnished. The location was isolated on the main road with nothing nearby. We had booked two rooms, but neither had a window.
